I recently bought a Dragonfire account and have just noticed that when I went to buy Dragonfire Gems
on the WB website, the original owner's email is locked to the game account's payment Xsolla account.
Only the original owner can contact Xsolla to request that to be changed. At least thats what Google's
answer is.
I found this out by making a purchase of dragonfire gems on the site and it correctly charged my paypal and applied the
gems to the account, however, the receipt of the purchase went to the original email (so when the original owner made
that first purchase, his/her email used for the Dragonfire Game account was used to create the Xsolla Payment account).
SO FYI before you plan to buy an account. You need to ask the original owner to request this change from Xsolla.
