Sorry I have to put this dispute just now because I have to rest because I was drunk yesterday night
Our problem began last yesterday when she bought my acc, there was no issue on the acc, it didn't recalled, the acc is accessible before I sell it, I am not the Orignal owner of the acc, but I have a fault when I saw my own thread, I mistook that it was username unset which is really my fault.
After she got the acc I relinked the acc email to hers but I didn't know its username, I just know the email because I only login through email of Hoyoverse and password.
After she got the acc I tried to accommodate her if she logged in on the acc but our only problem is I didnt know its username, its commonly known that if you want to know the acc username on Hoyoverse , all you have to do is forget password in game, there's also a YouTube tutorial if you searched for it. I can't change the acc password anymore nor can access it because its already on the buyer which is mam Iceeyes. She insisted that I don't change its password so I didn't do anything, and at the same time I can't do anything because it's already binded on her email.
Yesterday I didn't understood her dispute because she wants a refund, Ok its understandable I'll do it, but I asked her I'd only pay 10 because that's the amount I recieved and I will take back the acc, the acc is really cheap and the acc didn't even recalled. She just insisted the problem because i don't know its username which can solve via forget password.
So know, just to close this dispute and I was not drunk anymore, I can agree that I refund her 14 usd as long as she return my acc, Ill just find a better buyer for the acc she bought on me.
