unreasonable negative feedback

this dude just bought an pokemon master acc from me.
what i list in my thread about the account is for andriod. and after he bought, he just use an rooted emulator to login this acc. it happen some error. because he is not the only buyer who use emulator before, and others is np finally, so i donot want to waste time to test it, that would spent a lot of time, also he request to cancel the deal after i sent him the acc. when happen this issure, i give some suggestions, he never care.
and after some minutes latter, he said he done it himself, the acc works, and he still leave a negative feedback even the acc work well finally after some minutes.
this is not reasonable, i request to remove this negative feedback.
maybe just remove both negative feedbacks, just a picky buyer.

I am not using any rooted emulator but rooted android and the negetive feedback is for your comment that your time is more valuable then my money. You think buyer is a fool? I asked you nicely to take back the account because it is not working for me. Any good and trusted seller does take it back. Anyway you can decide to keep the feedback or not but definitely i will neither buy from you or recommend you to anyone on this forum or outside.

that's ok, but that's not worth for what you done, think about it, after i just sent you the acc, you ask a refund, you never respect other people's time. and you transfered the acc yourself just some minutes latter, and you told me you donot get any andriod device from everywhere, and you just done all transfer and changed the email after some minutes. my ad is for andriod, i donot think my ad is wrong if you are so picky.
what i recommend is a clound phone, that's cheaper then taking on lease a phone, not let you buy a phone, check what i said and saw your comment carefully. you comment even with not a fact,
i donot expect every buyer has good understanding, but you are a not a good manner for sure, you ignore my suggestions, even you cannot get a andriod device everywhere, my suggestions will work, and you are misleading here still, check everyword i said,
