He bought 500g gw2 from my site,then we delivered his gold
Today he contacted me to ask refund because his acc got banned
I told him that s out of our control for buying virtual goods
After that he left negative and opened paypal disputte
I dont think that s fair for us.He paid for it and we delivered what he paid for
hopefully admin can remove the negative and he cancel the dispute

If he provides valid proof that his acc really got banned for our problem, i m willing to refund him, that s not a big deal

Negative has been removed.

Seller can provide proof you delivered gold in an unsafe manner. using an account to sell gold more then once is not unsafe as there no way to keep costs down AND use new account every time.

Buying gold is a risk we all take.
I like that you are willing to refund, lets wait and here from user I have notified him.

The only proof was the screenshot provided in the feedback saying my account was banned for (x) hours due to rmt purchase and would be active again after that, after which i was able to login but ALL of my gold including previous gold not purchased was removed, and he falt out refused to refund after i told him about this as you can see in the screenshot from the skype conversation. which ill just post here again for reference.

clearly you can see how the situation was handled by a flat out refusal to refund which is a complete lie here that he offered that at all

if you really think its justified that somebody selling gold is able to go "oh well your fault when you get banned for buying not even a significant amount of gold" is laughable. clearly whatever account they were selling from is on some "watch list" for this to happen especially when i haven't had a history of purchasing gold in this game. i certainly doubt im the first person with this issue due to it. i wouldnt be surprised if the account he transferred it on has had some past action taken against it due to selling gold.

You came to me with first word of "LOL" and didnt provide any valid proof, so i was doubting it
You told me ur acc got banned and gold got removed , but the proof you provided : acc just got suspended for 2 hrs for violating the game police,which is out of our control.no proof saying gold got removed
Anyway, refunded it
