Unfounded Negative Feedback

@SocialMediaSolutions I received negative feedback member. I would like to inform you that this feedback is unfounded.

When i delivered channel, he said the channel was disabled to Monetization. I asked for the channel entry details to check channel.

I checked the channel, the channel monetization closing date May 4, 2019. I delivered the channel on April 30, 2019

I delivered the channel smoothly. to monetization for the channel was active at the time of delivery. After checking the channels, I deliver them to the receiver.

If there is any problem at the time of delivery, I am replacing the channels with a seamless channel. After the receiver has checked the channel, I can't change or refund the channel if there is no problem with the channel.

I ask you to remove the unfounded feedback.

At the top it says "Congratulations! Your channel has been approved for monetization" but below that is says "Currently ineligible for monetization". This makes no sense. Please explain.

If it's determined that your channel is no longer eligible for monetization, your channel will lose access to all monetization tools and features associated with the YouTube Partner Program.

This means that your channel will no longer earn money from YouTube, including revenue from advertising, YouTube Premium subscriptions, and other monetization products like channel memberships.

You can keep uploading original content and building your audience on YouTube even if you're not in the YouTube Partner Program. You can reapply to the program 30 days after suspension.

Base on this the June 4th date that appears in this image (https://prnt.sc/nmfmu9) would suggest that monitization was disabled on May 4th. If that's correct, then that would be after the account was sold.

It also means that there was some violation on the account, so we would have to determine what it was and who caused it.

Notification to the channel that monetization is approved. i don't know why this is happening, I'm think YouTube fault.

in the image, said (https://prnt.sc/nmfmu9) "You can reapply to join the YouTube Partner Program in 29 days on Jun 4, 2019." so we can see that the date of suspension of making monetization is May 4, 2019.
According to YouTube rules, you can reapply after 30 days to monetization.
