Unfair negative feedback received from possible scammer

Hey, I got caught by a crook.And ruined my reputation, says I changed my account, but I didn't, what do I do?

I have talked to asdfasf. He created the account and I know what he is saying about the account is true about not having a phone tied to the account. I was upset because I lost the account and email because the passwords were changed on them. I checked multiple times to verfiy that the correct information was being typed in with no luck. I was able to gain access to the email account and then gain access to the wow account in which case I changed the email account and password quickly so that I wouldn't have who ever was the one that changed it to find out and stop me. I am now at a conclusion that asdfasf isn't the one to blame. I'd like for both of our negative feedback to be removed, please.
