Unfair negative feedback received from possible scammer

Hello,
Received a negative feedback from a guy which lied in the EPICNPC post(he didnt have original owner )
Contacted him on EPicnpc chat, stated he wants 175 euros for the account.Added him, changed the price of the account to 150, then 175.
In the end he wanted 200.I said ok let's go.Created a groupchat on Skype with Epicnpc middleman Pukovcaning (https://www.epicnpc.com/members/480238-Pukovcanin), and found out the guy didnt have original email, nor was he the original owner.
