We provided a fully functional account to this buyer, and any issues were caused by misuse on his end. Attempting to repeatedly re-link the account led to it being locked due to security protocols, which is beyond our control. He reached out after the account was locked because of these actions, asking us to reverse a situation that was not our responsibility to resolve.

The claim of "poor communication" appears to be an attempt at retaliation after not receiving the outcome he wanted. We clearly communicated that the account was locked due to misuse on his end, which caused multiple login attempts and triggered a security lockout.

There was nothing further to discuss, as the responsibility for the lock was due to actions taken after delivery, which are beyond our control.

sorry to intrude but is transactions on Epicnpc Chat also cant be investigated ? since they occured on epicnpc not on discord or offsite is it possible to make an exception for that or has to be TG only ?

As sellers, we strive to offer quality service, but it feels unfair when feedback is used by impulsive buyers to make unreasonable demands. This practice can easily become abusive, as anyone can leave negative feedback for others without valid reasoning or accountability.

We invest in advertising on EpicNPC, yet it seems there’s limited protection for sellers against this kind of misuse. It would make sense to have a more balanced feedback system to ensure reviews are fair and constructive, rather than allowing random feedback that can sabotage reputations.

What’s more concerning is that this "buyer" didn’t even purchase the product from us; it was from a counterfeit website mimicking our domain. This situation highlights why it doesn’t make sense to allow feedback from buyers who do not use Trade Guardian, as EpicNPC does not investigate feedback disputes unless Trade Guardian is used. Otherwise, this creates a double standard that can unfairly impact legitimate sellers.

Feedback was removed since the item was purchased from a counterfeit website.
