Over a year after the account was sold..

The buyer claims I was not the original owner of the account, but I was, the ban the game company gives is a invalid username/password ban which makes it appear as if the account was hacked instead. I sided with the buyer at the time of the dispute to make it easier to resolve with him, he wanted a refund after over a year of something he purchased and stop responding when I offer to resolve the issue by replacement or in game items. I would have resolved this feedback earlier but I was inactive on EPICNPC at the time. Over a year time the account could have been banned for the customers actions on the account and at the time the bans they were giving were invalid username/password account locks.
