Unfair Feedback On Boosting Order

Customer ordered a 1 net win, then proceeded to intentionally feed in the game, along with tilting the other teammates, making one of the teammates afk farm. Now making the game a 3v5 and questioning why the booster couldnt carry as such, after the loss they played another now needing 2 wins. The booster was unable to carry this game. After the second game I swapped the boosters and at that point the new booster came in and won the next 3 games quickly and efficiently, I was sincere and respectful with the customer at all times. The screenshot I provide is from the boosters account ( both boosters used the same account ). Could the boosters performance have been better yes, and he was reprimanded accordingly. However the order was still completed in the same day, and they ended 3 wins 2 losses.

Theres not really much we can do here, he bought your service and wasn't satisfied. We can contact him to see if he wants to change it to neutral if you would like.

Id highly prefer that, id rather have the neutral then the negative. Cause its pretty bs tbh...
