HOW THE SERVICE WORKS

Solo Boost

1. You provide the necessary account information.
2. A suitable booster is assigned based on your server and target.
3. The booster completes the agreed rank progression.
4. Progress updates can be provided during the order.
5. You receive confirmation when the target is completed.

Please avoid logging into the account while a solo order is active unless this has been arranged in advance.

Duo Boost

1. Add the assigned booster in League of Legends.
2. Join the booster’s lobby at the arranged time.
3. Play ranked games together.
4. Continue until the agreed number of wins, LP or rank is completed.

No account login information is required for duo boosting.

SERVICE CONDITIONS

• Accepted boosting orders are completed manually.
• Automated leveling bots and scripts are not used.
• Boosters are not permitted to use cheats or unauthorized gameplay software.
• The exact booster country is disclosed before payment.
• Solo and duo availability depends on server, rank and schedule.
• Completion estimates are provided after reviewing the full order.
• Specific roles and champions can be requested but cannot always be guaranteed.
• A particular win rate is not guaranteed because ranked results depend on matchmaking and other players.
• Streaming may be available for selected orders when arranged before payment.
• Customers must disclose any existing restrictions, warnings or penalties on the account before the service begins.

COMPENSATION POLICY

If the assigned booster cannot complete the order, you may choose between:

• A replacement booster
• A refund for the unfinished portion of the service
• An adjusted target agreed by both sides

If a duo booster receives a penalty that directly causes the customer to lose LP during the order, the affected games will be replaced or refunded.

If available evidence confirms that an account penalty was directly caused by the boosting service, the boosting payment will be refunded.

Compensation does not cover pre-existing account penalties, customer activity outside the order, undisclosed account sharing, customer login during an active solo boost or actions unrelated to the assigned service.
