Unable to cancel transaction

About a week ago, I started a trade guardian transaction with another member. After waiting a couple of hours without a middleman popping up, we decided to just cancel the Guardian and do the exchange without it (it was only a 10 dollar account). However, when trying to push the "cancel" button on the transaction, it says "unable to cancel transaction, please contact an admin".

The MM was pending, but the seller failed to approve them, so the MM was never added.

It's been cancelled and the MM fee refunded. Sorry for the trouble.
