Unable to cancel Trade Guardian

Hi all,

A buyer started a trade guardian with myself, however, after I paid the MM fee they stopped replying.

I cannot see a button to cancel, can someone help?

Go to Trade Guardian > Active Transactions and there's a cancel button there.

Will that automatically refund the fee?

Refunds are issued within 24 hrs of cancellation, but normally much faster during normal business hours.

Always try to make the buyer pay the MM fee, to ensure that they are serious about the trade and won't just go missing after it's created.
