two accounts, same name?

A few days ago i sold an account, i was the O/O, and my name / address was on the account.

(EDIT: this is a wow account)

if i make a new account, same name / address. is it possible that the account i sold could in any way be compromised? i dont want to cause that.

also, i had an account linked to that account that i had xfered characters back and forth with a while back, if i sell that account to another buyer, could there be any problems?

You can have the same name and both accounts wont be banned.
As long as the Same Email arnt on the same account you will be fine.

ive made multiple accounts that ive played w/ my friends on, and I always made them under my name just in case they needed it recalled or something, cause i didnt have their info when making them..all started on the same name/email etc.. blizzard doesnt care..you're just paying for multiple accounts.
