Service unavailable more than half the time

At the start when I ordered one week of service, he was kind and professional and always available.
But all that changed when I ordered a month.

First he imposed a restriction by saying that he will not offer services around the clock. That I understand; people have to sleep and this service is manual despite him not mentioning it anywhere.
Then he ghosted me on some days. I'd ask an hour ahead in the middle of daytime in his timezone, but he wouldn't reply until the next day or several days later. Not even a 'sorry'.
And there was no refund or extension for the days he failed to provide services.

Sometimes the viewers drop to like 2-4, despite the promised number being 15+ to 25.

Overall, the $50 I paid for one month was only available for 9 days out of 21 so far, and I'm considering to file a scam report.
As of now, he has ghosted me for 3 days straight without any reply.
