TwilightxSaga left bad feedback when he shouldnt have

Ok to start off with he did pay me with amazon gift cards and they DID work. But when I logged into my account a few hours later the balance was 0. To make a long story short I was logging into the wrong amazon account. So my apologies to TwilightxSaga for wrongly accusing him of putting a "stop payment" on the cards.Now on to the real subject. I WANT this guy to take my account. He keeps repeatedly calling me a scammer, even though I have stuck around like 6 or 7 hours after I received payment. If I was scamming why would I stick around? I am literally trying to force the account on him and he won't take it. I've never seen anything like it lol. Don't get it twisted, I don't believe he is scamming me at all. I think that he just got angry and flew off the handle. Like I said I have given him the account info but he refuses to use it in his blind rage. Give us a middle man or something. Give me like 24 hours and I'll get all of the screenshots together. I'm in the process of screenshotting all of our conversation now. In the meantime if someone could tell me the best way to post what is probably gonna be around 100 screenshots?. Thanks

On second thought could I just screen share my convo with an admin or multiple admins for verification? This is gonna take forever to screenshot and post.

You cannot force them to take account. Refund their money via amazon cards. Use your balance from their cards to buy them. TwilightxSaga never just let people have your 200 dollars. If you no longer want account you must be refunded

If he does not you can just charge him back. I know this is frustrating but we don't just let some win when scamming. They just do it again.

I know right, he scammed me on the amazon codes because he knew if it was paypal i would charge back but as i told him if he was honest from the jump none of this would of happen.

I just don't understand why people cannot be honest, even if he wanted to gameshare his account he could of. But as stated in all the chats i should of never given him his profile to so call "Transfer all his important emails" back. But it wouldn't of mattered anyways because the account was still on his xbox/cousin so i couldn't make it my home account.

Did you not read the text where I clearly asked Twilight if he wanted me to pay him back in Amazon cards? He said no. And now he is saying that he wants them. You guys are apparently **** riding because this guy is supposedly reputable.

Do not curse again. You have a month old account and are accused of scamming what do you expect us to take your word for it. If he accepts the account thats fine. If not you must reund him. You cannot keep both

You are still not getting it. He refused both the refund and the account haha. Did you not read the texts? Btw I didn't curse. I specifically used asterisks

Anyways I just talked to Twilight and he is willing to take the Amazon cards. Ijust want a middle man to verify that the cards work first so that he cant say they were invalid

Amazon doesn't allow the purchase of gift cards with a gift card. The only option I have is to give Twilight my amazon account. He can change the password and security options. I just want a middle man to verify that the money is on the account and that the password and security is changed

How can we be ignoring you when both ppl are not logged on? People have jobs as well and you already scammed so it doesn't matter.

I was just thinking about something TwilightxSaga said. He said that I screwed him over because he couldn't use the "My Home Xbox" Feature. He said it was because I already had a device activated on the account. "My Home Xbox" has nothing to do with active devices (which there were none). Being unable to change "My Home Xbox" is due to license transfers already being used for the year. And yes I did use them. But TwilightxSaga never asked if there were license transfers left and I never told hem that there were. That is no rule saying that this info has to be disclosed unless asked for. And before you get on here trying to say I'm lying. Make sure you bring proof. Also I can prove that he did have access to the account until today. He said that he didn't. I wasn't gonna use this and just let it go, but I though what the heck. How many people do you know from the Bahamas? TwilightxSaga is one

Yes i was on the account and then when i let u back on you changed everything but said that microsoft put everything back on which i never saw before, the deal was quite simple if you ask me. If your selling the account all licenses should be deactivated, 2 why wait to change the information when someone is willing to buy it? It should of already been prepared so when the deal goes there it can be here sir/madam here is the email and password. 3 when i asked for the accounts last nite you sended the emails and not the password why not?

The point is that you still have the account correct? And the amazon account correct? doom can you just make sure the amazon account is legit please?

P.S and doom if you look at the chat that's when i changed the password and he claimed he didnt get anymore codes yes it was 10pm because we didn't go to sleep until 12:18am check out the pics i posted.

We had even agreed that I would let you into my security email today to verify for yourself that I wasn't getting any of the ******* codes. And yes you can verify this by looking at our messages. And NO you won't ban me for cursing until TwilightxSaga gets his money back. Because then he has no damn way to get in touch with me. If you thought I was pissed of before, I wasn't. But now I am. Yeah and I was told I would be banned. Well, looks like I'm still here because you know banning me would not be in your best interest. So now that I have proven that everyone is capable of breaking their word, we can get on with this. Who is lying? Who has proof? I think these disputes need to be looked into a lot further than they are. It seems like the person being accused is prejudged. This goes for most disputes that I've seen. And it's kinda judgmental of you guys to favor one person over the other just because I am a 1 month member. He hasn't been on this site long either. My problem with this situation is that I am being wrongly accused. I could care less about the money or the account. Why else would I be so relentless if I were scamming? I would be gone by now. I live on the (correction) East coast and that's all you know. You might even know the state and area, but you dont have an exact address. This could have been over for me a long time ago.

Look theres no further to go. you have $200 of his dollars and the account. Which you never completed ownership transfer. You cannot have both. there is no proof further needed. He does not want your xbox live account because of your actions, threatening to give it away and so forth. So just give him back his amazon money and be over with this. This is childish.

Give me a minute and I'll show you that there are no devices on the account. And no I didn't remove anything. I'll show you the account activity to prove that as well. You can keep trying to catch me slipping. You can also continue to fail.

It has to do with license transfers. If the license transfers are used already then you have to wait a certain amount of time in order to get more. Yeah money on the account i was meaning in your pocket lol. But if your selling an account it should be mines correct? If the license transfers are still on the account then it's shared between people and it will still be urs quite frankly.

I know that Microsoft "can" reset these, but only 1 time per year. I have used license transfers multiple times on my cousins Xbox when I visited him out of state. You literally can not get any more transfers. I wish I could so all of this would be over with. The games are usable, but only on my account. If you stick to playing these on only 1 xbox you are good to go

It will take me forever to download kik. I use bluestacks, but it's not installed on my computer at the moment because I upgraded to Windows 10 preview last night. Give me a minute and I'll download chrome and see if the chat works there

After lastnite he sended me pics of the account, i asked him don't sign in but what i don't understand is he is able to get in the security section which requires a code so unless he did a 2 step or attatch his device that the code automatically comes there i don't see anything happening. Just a lil weird too me. I told him that i would take the account if the information can be switched around so if nothing works out till friday then we will just end this with some clarification.

Can this be closed and he be banned please. He's a scammer he has it set to only him could get into the account and receive codes through microsoft. You win some and lose some but once he can live with himself that's on him. I wrote him what i would like and he took my email off and change the password again and when i asked him for the amazon account he signed off. I'm just bout done with this.

Reports a feedback to get him self banned, smart.

This should have been fixed quickly. You cannot sell an account you cannot grant full access to. If his license transfer story is true he should have known this would not have worked. If you are selling a game share thats different completely.

Our rules state that an account sale must include full ownership of the account plain and simple.

Now this should have been a simple fix if everyone was being honest.

I suggest recalling the amazon cards either by explaining to amazon or your credit card issuer. that way he will be in debt to amazon and they will put him in collections.
