Trove Account Ban

This is the default ruling we have when accounts are banned shortly after sale, and support doesn't give any detailed information. We have no way of knowing who or what got the account banned, its one persons word against another.

No, this is still your side because you were so caught up trying to flip an account, you didn't think about what precautions to take, if i bought a 1 of 10 watch, and when to a sketchy neighborhood and showed everyone that I had it, with no security, would I go to the original seller and ask him for a half refund because it got stolen because I was naive?

I had this account for over 2 years, and it was fine, are you really really trying to say it just "happened" to be banned in the 4 day time-frame you had it and were trying to flip it?

You litterally put the 1 lf 10 mount, name, the server, gear, and even the ACCOUNT creation date "when is one of the most solid pieces Trion asks for" for everyone to see

Is the account permanently banned or can it be recovered with OO information?

I can't actually tell if it's permanent banned but it's worth a try if OO tries to recovery it.

@ricegang you must help try to unban the account with that information, if you cannot provide that info 50% refund will have to be done soon.

I'm not sure how they would know the account was sold unless someone explicitly stated it was sold, most likely someone reported it when danger made the post with the username

Regardless, you cannot help recover so a 50% refund must be issued.
