Tried to use middleman and got flagged as IP mismatch

Hi,

I have tried to use middleman service for the first time and after I paid the fee, my account got flagged for mismatching IP/address. My paypal account has a billing address in another country than my current location so that might be the reason?

Another problem, I would like to cancel the transaction and get a refund for the fee. Nobody joined the conversation after I paid the fee and it was more than 4hrs ago so the buyer and me agreed to do it by ourselves (everything went well).

I don't know if the middleman is supposed to do the cancellation himself but if that's the case, how long am I supposed to wait before one shows up to do it?
