transferring clash of clans ios account

I have a lvl119 clash of clans account I want to get rid of but what are the steps involved to sell an account? I assume you have to give the person your selling your apple id and password so they can access it in their game center and so i guess you should delete stuff like your credit card details off the account but is it possible to transfer it to a new apple id?
