TrailBlazer777 scammed me out of a genshin impact account

i made a thread saying im buying a genshin impact account, he pms me, then he says to pay sending money first through paypal friends and family saying he only has good reviews for the 7 sales he did, but im pretty sure now he made accounts, traded with himself to get those reviews and he isnt even a member for more than 2 weeks.
