traded account and buyer used my paypal to pay for ingame items

Traded this account to Rob99, The game had auto saved my paypal information and buyer took it upon himself to take advantage of this and steal my money, racking up over 70 euro paypal fees in a matter of days. I reclaimed the account due to this to prevent any more theft/fraud.
I have provided screenshots of my paypal, the ingame store shown what he spent matching paypal fees, and his confession and apology from skype.

I dont see why you shouldn't get the account back. This seems like a simple error/misunderstanding.

If UK doesn't give you the account back then you will have to be refunded for that.

The easiest way to resolve this is Rob refunds Uk, UK removes his paypal info and gives the account back.

Okay so once Rob refunds payment, UK remove your paypal from that account and give him the account back.

When I sell and buy or middleman accounts i always check payment methods to make sure they are all deleted. It protects everyone that way.
