'Trade Guardian Seller' Upgrade Reset

For members that joined TrustAp and received the 'Trade Guardian Seller' user group on their account, this upgrade as been reset and removed from your account.

We now require sellers to fully verified their TrustAp account before they can obtain the "Trade Guardian Seller" upgrade.

If you have already fully verified your TrustAp account, you can complete the process on this page by clicking the "Verify" button.

@EpicNPC is there a way to set up the system to badge get obtained only after the first TrustAp transaction?

In order to use the Trade Guardian TrustAp feature, you need that upgrade. Without the upgrade, a seller wouldn't be able to complete a transaction so it wouldn't work.

Well, that doesn't make any sense because whenever I tried to fully verify myself. The TrustAp Support is telling me that it is not supported in my country which imo is very weird. It is fully verified in India or any other countries but not Germany, Czechia, France, etc.

TrustAp is not available in India, but there is a way to get verified even if is not available in your country.
