I told him once again through voice chat,I said that the account is sold as is if anything was to happen to it I would do my best to help him get it back under his use but I told him that there should be no issues at all,And that is he was to EVER POST IT FOR Sale/Trade/Give It Away I Would NOT help what so ever as then it would be in his hand's to do what he is doing *ONCE AGAIN IT Is He Said She Said....*


***This Thread is honest to god getting no where at this point he has no proof I have no proof and it is all he said she said drama bull .... I have done 5+ Sales on this site already and have had no ISSUES untill this guy came along.*** And this account was the most safe account I have had I played it for months as a MAIN...

silentshadows post the audio to youtube and make it private, then send me the URL. Explain to me who's voice is who so I'm not guessing.

Its clear Toxikx told silentshadows he's not the OO of the account and he didn't have ID, but no warranty was discussed that I've seen. It's also unclear as whether or not silentshadows know it was a dup. The conversations on the phone prior to the sale are "he said she said" so I cannot accept either sides story, which means there was no warranty and Toxikx is responsible for recovering this account which is currently ID locked.

As with prior disputes, it is up to the seller to put forth their warranty on the account, in writing, to state what they would do in case anything happened to the account. This was not done here.

Since this thread was been opened, its been learned the account was a dup with no OO making recovery impossible without a fake ID. It's also coincidental that the account was recalled within 1 hour of chatting with xcommiekidx, making it appear to be a fake recall, which could then have lead to multiple people calling in and actually getting it locked for real.

I'll wait for the audio recording before giving my final decision.

I'm going to split the decision on this one.

It's too big of a coincidence the account was recalled 1 hour after the chat with commiekid and because Toxikx didn't provide any sort of warranty on the account.

So if the account cannot be recovered Toxikx will owe silentshadows a $200 refund or an account equal to that value if silentshadows decides on another account.

I don't feel I should have to pay him back.. As I did nothing to the account to get it banned and unuseable it just *SO HAPPENS* 1 hr after he finds something out it get's recalled if this mean's you banning me a *Legit* User Then go ahead... I bought a 725$ Account today Payed VIA WU from a very known website that advertises on here so once again if you have to ban me go ahead......... I think it is unfair and very messed up as I had no part in anything ANY THING I HAVE DONE On this site has been legit 20+ Transactions *EASY*

The fact is you failed to provide proof of any warranty and this dispute was in a time span of 2 weeks. Had their been one, my decision would probably had been different, but there's not enough evidence to say that silentshadows faked the recall. It's basically his word against yours.

That being said, I cannot make a decision in either person's favor which is why I decided to split the decision. If you want to take a ban because of that, then that's your decision.

Login info has been received. I can confirm the WoW account is banned/disabled. Below is the history of tickets on the account

Nov 8th - phone - unknown
Nov 11th - phone - unknown
Nov 16th - phone - report compromised account
Nov 16th - ticket - asking account to be transfered back after "hack"
Dec 4th - Phone - unknown
Dec 20th - phone - report account compromised
Dec 21 - ticket - Blizzard requires Account Recovery form to be will out - account disabled
Dec 22 - ticket - Blizzard requires Account Recovery form to be will out - account disabled

It seems the account had the same issue on Nov 16th. Toxikx how did you recover the account then?

It was the first time anything happend to it so they asked for key's and sqa and last CC that was used on it aswell as adress, and the guy I got was super cool and changed my SQA for me while he was at it * I didn't ask him to he said let's change this while I'm here*

Now that I've confirmed the account is indeed ID locked, we'll go back to my initial decision of splitting the difference on the account.
