Contacted toxikk and asked wtf was going on. He said to check email account for paladin and I did. Did not recieve any email from blizzard since I xfered the toon on the 7th of dec.
Other details / notes:

Paid 400$ WU, he gave me full info for account, it was correct info. CD keys sqa full name and all that
I made a brand new email account just for this WoW account. Didnt use the email for ANYTHING other than this account.
Xfered the paladin on Dec 7th. Playing ever since, until today. Tried to enter info into bnet account recovery and info did not work.

#1. There is no proof of it being recalled in those Screen shot's.
#2. I find it very weird the same day he talk's to commie and commie say's that I was not the only one who had pally before he got it He say's it was recalled.
#3. The Only people who had the new SQA *I GOT THE SQA RESET* Was Me Him and someone else I will give out the name if needed he is a TWV member of the fourms.
#4. He posted pally for trade which mean's if he got messed over by that it is not my problem!
#5. My Thought's are he tryed to trade the pally got ****ed and then tryed to say it was me recalling it *WHICH IS COMPLETE BULL *****

Why Would I care lol? I have the 400$ and am buying a new account this week..... I don't need the pally and have 0 use for it also I recently uninstalled wow and reinstalled it look at my Wow folder

its not hard to modify a folder. And whose the other guy that knows the SQA? Whats his epicnpc. You wont have the 400$ for long unless I get account back. I will call blizzard reverse chargeback for the transfer I did on paladin and call your mother

#2. You can Reverse the money for the transfer if you want as I do not have the pally.
#3. You will not be getting a refund as I did not take the pally back and I am almost 100% sure you are trying to cover your own ***.
#4. You still need proof that the pally got recalled if it did so where is that?

**FACTS**

Silent contacted me asking if I had anything for trade, After a few I got to the point of this being Toxikxs old Pally, to which I told him I wouldn't touch that account due to it being traded / sold a great amount. He also told me he was debating on ANOTHER trade for a different account as well.

Then he contacted Toxikx saying that its been hacked.

**OPINION**
Doubt that toxikx did do this, as I was getting him to contact blizzard on my behalf for an account that was key logged / stolen from one of my customers *(was Toxikxs old OO account)

silentshadows you have all the info, minus the ID. Have you tried contacting Blizzard support to see what happened?

I looked and Toxik was on the phone with blizzard at 7pm helping me retrieve the OTHER account (The one I talked about before). He then msged me he was going to eat (came back VERY quickly) and we discussed another account that Toxik was trying to buy and I was giving him a Value / Price check on it (He asks me before buying as to not overpay)

I am on hold once again for account with blizzard... Account was recalled without me getting a email or anything so password wasnt just changed... the email itself was changed, so someone else has SQA

Edit: Account is ID locked.... multiple people called in with full info to account, he had me read all 4 Xpacs CD keys, in which several people with SAME info called in. He put it back into my email adress, however I need The government issued ID to unlock it. So Since this account was passed around so much... several people have the same info I have for account... However, I do NOT have the ID for this.

It seems that xcommiekidx was helping Toxikx sell this pally because he's the one that told silentshadows about it. silentshadows then contacted Toxikx and bought it. Later on xcommiekidx tells Toxikx that this account was whored around and he would never buy/trade it.

I don't recall but i believe it was him asking if I knew anyone with a pally or something, and I knew Toxikx had a post up about one or something so I told him about it and found out some information about it for him. Other then that, I had nothing to do with any of it Mike.

I do not like the fact that Toxikx is shoveling me into this when all I did was point the Letter A to the Letter B otherwise having no involvment. Saying I was assisting in selling the pally is like accusing someone in chat box of notifying someone that "INSERT NAME" has an account for sale because they happened to see it on the forums.

Him asking if I knew anyone with a pally to which I replied NO as I didn't know at the time as well I told him I could assist him in finding one. Later I found out that Toxikx had his for sale, so I notified him and let him know and connected the two together via Skype, I have no idea what was said after that point.

Me telling him that I am not the middleman and i'm receiving NO money for this transaction. Giving Toxik his skype and being on my marry way.

Yes they put it back on the email account its ID locked.... They asked me for CD keys all 4, Any CC that was on it also used for buying game time.

I have a recorded convo via skype with toxkikx and his friend Alex Pag who wanted to make a fake ID for account to have it unlocked. He also states he does not care if he gets banned he still will not pay the 400$ back. The account has no OO its a duped account. I Refuse to have a fake ILLEGAL ID made for it.

To a shear lie of his statement, I did not in any way, shape, or form
offer a fraudulent I.D. When confronted, Silentshadows had asked me for
a fake I.D. to use, unknowing that he would "record", I went along with this
joking with my friend in the call. However he used this as decoy evidence
to try to incriminate me. This is not viable evidence due to the fact he
did not tell us he was recording. At this stage I am done helping him out,
as I have no business with him any longer. All sales are final and I am not
responsible for his loss when he was trying to trade the account after I sold it to him.

EDIT: Also Everyone knows once a sale is done, if you sell and or trade the account it break's any safety on the account as well as seller's personal insurance.

Thank you for those screenshots commiekid, you won't be involved in this thread any further.

All I see are accusations and no proof of anything.

1) If it's a dupped account you HAVE to tell the buyer its dupped. Post your proof where Toxikx says it was a dupped account. Toxikx if you told him it was a dupped account before the sale, post that.
2) I'm still waiting to see what the agreement was on the ID in the case it was not a dupped account. ID was not provided at time of sale, but what was the warranty on the account in the case something happened?

No warranty means the seller is responsible. So toxikx if you don't post a screenshot that shows you telling silentshadows that you have no ID and one would never be available, you're responsible as it's only be 2 weeks since the sale. If you did tell him that and he agreed, then the ID issue cannot be used against Toxikx.

As for the audio recording, entrapment is not allowed in law, meaning you can't suggest an illegal activity to someone and if they say OK to it arrest them. If you suggested the fake ID to toxikx for the purpose of recording it, even if he wasn't joking and said yes, I won't accept it because that's entrapment.

As for the dupe I told him in a voice chat we had on skype... He had asked if it had a lot of X-Mog Gear etc.. I told him it was a alt on the account the main was xfered off and sold so the pally was pretty bare on X-Mog gear and tinkers ETC and that it was now called a dupe and he asked what that meant sense he just came back to WoW so I told him what it was and explained it and he said that was fine he just missed playing pally..

But the whole thing about him knowing it was a dupe or not will be a he said she said thing now as there is not any written proof and he is more then willing to disagree with anything I say at this point...

Really I still see why we are going this far with this when he posted no proof at all untill he called blizzard and got them to email him.... The proof was shown after he called in more then once...

Anyway's Merry Christmas and I will be on tmrw MAYBE I have a TON OF SHOPPING TO DO TODAY And tmrw I will be very very busy I will reply when I get time..

Also if you want to get REAL Technical this account IS NOT A DUPE The main was on the account then was xfered off.. To be sold. Really it's the *MAIN ACCOUNT* With out the MAIN toon.

It is Not what he stated. He said it was a dupe account yesterday over skype.... Also said there was no OO because of this. ALSO he was the one who came to ME offering a fake ID.. stating the only deal he'd give me is a fake ID to unlock account and will not refund money since he claims it isnt his fault

Having your friend make fake ID's is illegal in general and convo has already been posted elsewhere to ensure proper actions are taken.

toxikx what was the situation with the warranty ?, did you mention one and if not you are automatically responsible from what i have experienced in the past. If there was a warranty mentioned how long was it for and please provide proof.
