Provide information about the dispute and what lead to it:
A: I posted an ad stating that I was interested in buying a Fortnite account with the black knight skin. Torforsale instantly sends me a message saying that he has an account with this skin. I asked him to send me pictures and he did. So I sent him payment through paypal. He sent a request through goods and services and I paid him. Everything went through and then torforsale says "sorry there has been an error. You are going to have to pay via sending payment to friends in paypal." So I sent it again. Payment is processed. And then I ask him for the details of the account. And then he tells me his internet isn't working so he cannot respond. He tells me that there is a citywide outage. And so I suggest he use his mobile hotspot since his messsaging on discord seems to work perfectly fine. Then there is no response. I keep asking him for the account details but no reply back. I paid over $350 for the account so I would really like to get my money back and for torforsale to be banned indefinitely for this scam.
I have already contacted paypal and my card issuers. In the process of disputing there as well. Would also like to see something done on epicnpc about this kind of behavior.
Other details / notes:
By the time of this post it has been nearly 18 hours since torforsale says he would update me aboout giving me the account that was promised. Moreover, just 3 hours ago he posted on epicnpc. He is ignoring my text messages and is a scammer.
