I was selling my brothers account here for him, and guess what I gave them all information SQA's , CD-Keys , ID scans + 2 hours of my time, then they come up with some bull**** that they dont want the account anymore.
But guess what they changed all information and my brothers account was listed on their site.

I suggest talking to them about what has happened.
Last I checked, they were legit and have happy customers to the tune of tens of thousands.
If live chat doesn't help, then use email (That stuff can go to supervisors that speak English as their primary, not secondary language.)

I have dealt with toonstorm in the past. Im sure what happened was not intended on their part. Best way to go about sorting this out (if you havent already) is to contact them in a professional manner. Good luck
