What is the dispute about?
He said he could sell me WWE and IGAU Credits for around $7. I paid him and he hasn't done his job nor is he refunding.

He contacted me after seeing my post on epicnpc. He said he could sell me WWE and IGAU Credits for around $7. We talked a lot and I went first in the end cause I really wanted the credits. I sent $7.4 via friends and family and then $2.3 via PayPal Pay. He refused getting such amounts despite the fact that sent him screenshots. Then he agreed that he got the money and said he will load Credits in my account in 1hour. 6hours have passed and when I asked him to refund me the PayPal amount, he stopped replying despite being online.
