I'll keep this short. I traded an account, transferred the character to a new account and got the old one banned via speedhacks so the account cannot be unbanned no matter what. The guy I traded has threatened to call into Blizzard and get the account I transferred to banned (he was an idiot and is blaming ME on him getting the account banned). Is this possible? Would Blizzard acknowledge a 'trade' had happened and investigate further and ban the account I transferred to? Just as a note, this specific individual does not know the name of the account I transferred to.

Unfortunately, it's very possible. If he has the original information he can put an investigation in the account.
If his name is on the account and he's real determined to get your account banned he can fax in his ID and get the characters account banned as well.

Even with the e-mail from Blizzard specifically stating... "As a result, the account(s) will no longer be accessible and will unfortunately not be reopened under any circumstances."? His name isn't on the account, either... so.
Well the only way he could get the TRANSFERRED account banned is to send in ID. So if he's not the OO (name on the account) you will be fine.
The most he can do is report it for being traded, which most likely won't amount to anything.

You said his name isnt on the account. You mean just his first name right? You need to have his last name to xfer.(Unless you found some loophole,that id be very interested in, lol) If he was being a jerk he could say its his son or something.
