Think I got scammed, but was sent as gift?

So I sold an account to Desti<span style="font-weight: bold">M</span>yxMD and then i realized what I did ;\ (Rough day all day)

But it looks fine since he sent the payment as a gift.. Could he still take his money back when sent as gift?

edit: I'm just a little unsure on how all that works.

Probably sent the money through a stolen paypal account. I would call Blizzard ASAP and recall your account.

Not like he's going to report you since he's been a known fake.

Gifts arent retractable... to my knowledge! (sounds like he just failed)

LIke Judge said, gifts are able to be recovered, if you go to the bottom of the details of the gift I believe it even says something along the lines of that.

Also, no matter how they pay it is always able to be recalled due to unauthorized charges. Thats why you should follow the steps in the Sticky about safe paypal selling.
