What is the dispute about?
Since he was a new member who had recently joined today (Only has 1 feedback with another person who seems suspicious named OnlyObesity: https://www.epicnpc.com/members/onlyobesity.1518319/#feedback) <--- VERY LIKELY BOTH SAME GUY,) I wasn't willing to pay a straight 40 and trust the guy. I managed to haggle and bring down price to $35. He said he would do middleman, but I was unwilling to deal with fees. So what occurred was that I was promised to get the account after a down payment. I paid a down payment of 17.50$ USD, trusting him, and ofc there was no response after that despite the seller seeing the message.
