That, was the smartest/luckiest scammer ever!

Well, I was just scammed a T6 Rogue. Shjtty thing is it was my personal account. I've talked to teh Blizz & at this point, I'm just gonna have it ban'd. A little back story; I have had this account that has a Ballin Disc Priest and the twinks in my sig. I got an offer and talked to a guy via the phone for a good 30 minutes. Anyways, I tell him that I have the twinks, the Disc & my Rogue on a account. We negotiate a deal for the Disc and twinks, for my safety, I x-fer the Rogue to a new account.

A month (literally 33 days) go by, all is good and I try and login on a Tuesday night. Won't work. I try and do a site recall to e-mail, won't work. I call Blizz and say hey, I own xxx and can't login. "Sir, u just recalled your account this morning." WHAAAAAA!

Long story short, because only I know the account name, it MUST have been the guy that I sold to? I'm guessing that he saw the account name I x-fer'd to and he's gotta be the LUCKIEST GUESSER EVER as to recall an account u need the SA right? I had the City I was born in and if u look at a map of where I live now, it's obvious (the SQ/A was different than what I sold the guy). Now I'm UBER Hesitant to give last names on accounts as this guy couldn't have recalled if he didn't have last name, IDK though, maybe he was just a lucky [censored].

I've since called the # and wouldn't you guess, its a new owner. Any Ideas?

Just fax in the notarized forms to blizzard proving your account ownership and talk with them over the phone about it. Shouldn't have any problems after you fax in the papers.

It sucks that happenned to ya, but I have a question for ya: Why did you xfer the rogue to a new acct? You should of kept the Rogue on the original acct and xferd the Priest and twinks to the new account. The character xfer history always appears on the original acct. At the point where you let him have the original acct. he could of just called up Blizz and said my acct. was compromised and my rogue was xfered off this acct. to account x. Wont need the new acct.'s sqa for that as he has all the original acct.'s information, and what he would be telling Blizzard is that his acct. was compromised and as a result the Rogue was xfered off.

I really hope you can get your Rogue back, but it looks like your best bet is to get it banned.
