Here is a TH9 with no X-Bows built. The account is a TH8.5, which is great for clan wars.

Hidden Teslas, Wizard Towers, Mortars, and Air Defenses are maxed TH9 level.

All walls are level 8, and nearly all elixir upgrades are complete. The account has never been muted, suspended, or banned for any reason. There are approximately 1000 gems on the account as well.
