SWTOR account recall

i have a friend wanting a swtor account but, the thing is, i don't trust anybody...

i see a lot of discussion on WoW methods to avoid recalling, there's any safe one for SWTOR? like, if i ask the original owner a ID scan, both of us could recall the account but if they ask more information he would win the dispute anyway... ideas?

I'm not sure how it works. I've got a swtor account that's been inactive for quite some time now if you're friend wants it.

I have a original owner account of my own its Collectors edition level 32 sith marauder on anjuta pall I quit playing a while ago and dont ever plan on picking this up, I can assure you this account is 100% safe its all my own personal registered information. I have no intentions of recalling i'm decently repped on a quite a few mmorpg forums if your friends interested I'm asking $100 send me a PM if your interested.
