Sup mods integrity

As my previous thread got removed because i named out a sup mod i wil rephrase everything and let people search for it themself.

My question was a simpel one. Is the integrity of a sup mod damaged once they have scammed someone? Even tough they rectified it months later. I believe it is. A sup mod should have a flawless status when it comes to scamming or falsifying info or anything similar. You would not see a police officer in the streets that has been in jail or has a record.

I know personal life can take you like a storm but that should not be a excuse to steal money from someone does it?

There's a difference between a scam and the inability to pay. In this situations the Smod in question simply didn't have the funds.

Both parties were in contact with me during this time and both parties agreed to a time frame for repayment. I'm unaware of any leveling purchase during this time, but I agree the loan should have been paid back first, but like I said I was unaware of this.

The repayment was completed some time ago and a little while after that the user asked to return as a Smod. Being a Smod for years already, I have full trust in this user, so I see no reason to not allow them to return.
