I do not believe that this should be enforced on pro sellers, but i believe that we should have a usergroup (probably proseller fits very well) that can Despoti X amount of $ which can be used by Epicnpc to make up for the scam accusations (if any) that lead to the vendors account getting banned.
TL;DR : Make a usergroup that can deposit, it will benefit big & small sellers as anyone can deposit as much as they want and it will be a good indicator for the costumer to know if he can rely on the seller or not.
It will help new vendors enstablish themselves by having a deposit that will be used in case they scam a user, so users feel safe when ordering from new vendors.
