Suggestion: Clarify that vertigo boosting or similar is a cheat/exploit

Looking at this dispute here:

The seller does not believe that vertigo boosting or owning all other accounts for boost is cheating.
I also noticed it from my time as a moderator that users that were selling arguing that its not abuse of game system, exploit or cheat.

It should have to posted in sales threads of boosting services and accounts, under your full disclosure rule, that the accounts are being leveled via exploit and do have some risk of ban or removal of rank.

Well i would be pissed if someone sold me account on which cheats were used, Same goes with vertigo boost, and lobby cheaters to speed up the boost process. since i really despise cheaters in Competetive games to me that account would be worthless. As for pro sellers i think that they are using their status. Latest example;

Vendor refused to issue a refund (or at least the operator that works for them) and claims i can get only a free sms verification which is worth 10$ wtf because their refund policy says so.

i would never buy account on which cheats were used on.That account is filthy to me and i would have no use of it and i as a buyer would like to know if vertigo boosting or cheat methods were used on that account.

I have to side with doomedtofail on this one.

I haven't reviewed the dispute, but yes, if any cheat or exploit is used, the seller MUST disclose this information to the buyer before purchase.

I'll review the dispute and comment there.
