Submitting Feedback?

Hey since I'm kinda new to this website. I was over mmo-bay most of the time a long while back. I just did a transaction with someone on the forums here, and wanted to leave him a feedback but i couldn't? it kept telling me: Sorry, but you can not rate any more people today.
So can you please tell me the reason for that? or is that normal etc..?



P.S: i tried searching the FAQ, but i found nothing about it over there.

Members with less than 5 positive feedbacks can only leave 1 feedback per 24 hrs to other members. So if you already gave someone else feedback today, you'll have to wait until the time resets.
