Stuck at verifying selfie

[Xyze]

I want my account to be fully verified but I stuck at selfie and still pending review in days. May I ask how long does this usually take please ?

Sorry about that. It's been approved.

It is approved yes. But I still cannot fully verify. In the get fully verified row, I clicked on verify ID, I filled in my full name and got redirected back to upload selfie which is already verified. I do not see any option for ID verification. Could this be some kind of error ?

Sorry about that. It should be fixed in a few minutes.

It's been corrected.

So sorry to bother again. This is embarassing to admit but I finished my ID verification earlier and now that I check it, I notice that I have made a typo while filling in my last name. My last name on my ID is VI THANH. I accidentally made a typo (a dot below), making it ''VỊ THANH'' which is incorrect. I hope this is not a huge problem and you could fix it for me. Thanks for all your supports so far
