Seller scam my $2400 and don't provide channel.

I bought the channel and transferred him $2400 and he didn't give me the channel.
It's been 3 days but he still hasn't delivered the channel and hasn't replied back to me.
Everyone should stay away from him. he is a scammer.
I have all the evidence and pictures that prove he's a scam.

The issue was resolved and the customer received a refund another channel.
I bought 1 channel and am satisfied.
