Sticky Threads Renewal

I purchased 3 sticky threads, each plan for 3 months and i am fairly sure there was a notice before buying that i will be given an option to renew 7 days before expiring.
Two of them are expiring in 5 days and i can't find a way to renew it. Is there no way to purchase a renewal before it expires?

Hey @Eloboostarena,

There should be a renewal option for threads expiring within 5 days or less, (however the time of purchase might be in effect here). If no renewal option appears soon you can reach out to an Admin for help.

The notification is sent when it's 5 days remaining. If today is 5 days, there could be a few more hours before the you get the notification. You can also check the Advertising > Sticky Ads > My Sticky Threads page and a "renew" button will appear once you are allowed to renew.
