Sticky Thread got removed

Hi, I have a problem with my sticky thread that I have been renewing every month for the last one year. My thread got removed from the sticky thread even though the expiration date is still until August 29 2026. Please help me solve this problem. I attached the receipt underneath as a proof.

Your recurring payment failed to rebill and was terminated so your sticky thread was then unstuck once it expired a few days ago.

You'll have to make a new recurring purchase for it. Sorry.

I removed the sticky thread and my thread was gone also. I couldn’t find the original post with reviews on it
