sticky thread dissapearing suddenly

hi admin there , i just got incident with my sticky thread please help me , already buy two times the sticky ads on the same game but both dissapear ,i just want the 3 month one to replace the old one
heres the story about it

i have buy two times sticky thread ad the same game list

And i have screnshot and proof of it
But the first sticky thread i buy is not updated with the newest one(first i buy the 1 month,then after that i buy the 3 month package) of the same sticky thread on same game. So i decide on my sticky ads to remove the first sticky thread( 1 month stick) bcause i want the 3 month to replace it , but after i remove the (1 month thread) the 3 month is deleted too ,how did that happen i mean i only delete the 1 month sticky and i want the 3 month to replace it , didnt delete the 3 month sticky thread but it dissapear too,please help me

i delete the wednesday at 8,17 am (expiration date dec 3,2021 ) sticky ads because i want to replace that sticky ads with the new one i buy , the 3 montsh ads (30$ )but the newest ads (30$ for 3 montsh ads i buy getting dissapear too from my account ,

now both of the sticky thead are missing and disapering in my account you can see it here both are mising from my advertising threads,please help me

Immunity (3/6 month) plans do not stack with normal purchases.

Buying 1 month, then a 3 month plan does not result in 4 months. The Immunity plans start immediately after purchase so you would get 3 months total, not 4. This is to prevent members from buying multiple immunity plans to purchase a spot for years.

Most likely the issue was created when it was manually edited. Sorry, for the trouble. It's been corrected and will expire in Feb 2022.
