What is the dispute about? The above mentioned user approached me offering an account for Azur Lane JP and we had come to an agreement of 150 dollars. Since he only accepted BitCoin, LiteCoin and Steam Gift Cards, I decided to opt for the Gift Cards. He provided a website Offgamers, which I was already familiar with and had purchased from before. I bought a 100 dollar card first and gave it to him, to which he said gave him the correct amount. I bought another 50 and he claimed it only gave him 10. The image he provided only shows the amount of money he had after he had already redeemed the codes, whatever codes he used. However, this isn't sufficient evidence to prove that my specific code is what gave him that amount. I would think he would have an image at least of him hitting "Continue" on steam's page, see his balance update and immediately take a screenshot which would show evidence of the code being redeemed and his steam balance only showing 110. But he only has the one image. I admit, in my anger, I was acting and speaking rashly, but the fact of the matter stands that without any proper evidence that the code I was provided gave the incorrect funds, I cannot dispute it with Offgamers. His responses remained the same no matter how thoroughly I explained his lack of evidence would not help me resolve the issue and thus result me in losing out on 150 dollars. I know the amount I paid for and the codes have been redeemed, and since then, he hasn't responded nor tried to change his explanation. I don't know what to do, honestly, since asking him to refund wouldn't be right due to the payment method provided, and asking for the proper evidence is impossible.

Other details / notes: Sad thing is that I was skeptical at first to do the transaction. He claims to be able to provide any evidence necessary, but doesn't actually do it. I wasn't going to open a dispute originally, but maybe you guys can help in a way that I can't resolve it. If nothing can be done, just let me know and I'll take the loss.

Account Recalls
######################
Most account recalls have little proof. To get more evidence, please open a support ticket to attempt to recover the account BEFORE opening a dispute thread.

Did the seller say he is the original owner? (provide proof)
What account information did the seller provide you at the time of sale? (ID, SQA, etc)
How long did you have the account before it was recalled?
If you have a support ticket about this recall, please post screenshots of it.
(you can use the HIDE tag so the images are not publicly available to everyone)

Small update:

I attempted to open a support ticket for the code with the given image. Not hoping for much, but maybe they'll find it believable if I mention it was a gift.
