Steam account with many games including CS:GO, Portal, etc. (Check Screenshot!)

I am selling a Steam account with many games with a calculated value of 379 USD via Steamdb. The account does own many games such as: DayZ, Sniper Elite V2, CS:s, Left 4 Dead 2, Portal 2, Killing Floor, CoD: MW, CoD: World at War, Arma 2, CS:GO and many more (https://steamdb.info/calculator/76561198039016958/?cc=us for further information). However, the account does have one VAC-ban on record which does NOT influence any Counter-Strike games (can prove it if neccessary!).
