21 year old Steam Account for sale with 65-70 games (when you read the list and look at screenshots of all the games you will see what I mean, as there are titles that look like spin offs of games that might have been purchased separately and I can't remember), including a few high rated sought after delisted games as well as games that were delisted and renamed (like a remaster was released that replaced the original) that are not as sought after but interesting for novelty reasons.
Before I get to the delisted games and game list I'm just going to say that SteamDB values the account at $480. Some things I'm thinking of is if a potential buyer is an id software FPS enthusiast or really likes the Total War games that might affect how much they would offer, but the delisted games on this account really hold their value and you could argue might be more valuable than their release MSRP, though you can't really do more than argue that with games that still have a retailer selling them digitally, you might be able to with games that simply are not available digitally anymore.
Includes delisted games that are only available for digital download from one retailer now, or not available for digital download at all with varying availability for physical copies, many times that availability favors consoles as well. These are games that many consider to be modern classics like Battlefield Bad Company 2 (88%, 8.9/10 on Metacritic, and a game with such good multiplayer that there is an online community still supporting it after EA servers were shutdown), Spec Ops The Line (77% on Metacritic, and 8/10 which I could agree with on review websites, I think 9/10 would be too high) which is one of the only games to copy Gears of War's cover based over the shoulder gameplay style and in this case using "modern day real world" weapons with a story set in the United Arab Emirates. Operation Flashpoint Dragon Rising is another delisted game included and I provide more info about it below. These are games that add significant value as they are a lot of fun and simplify having a game available digitally or in the case of Op Flash having it available digitally at all.

Operation Flashpoint Dragon Rising (Delisted and I was not able to find a place with digital download available, if websites claiming to sell Steam keys actually still work that's the only way I could find to do it. You can find physical copies available used, they vary quite a bit in pricing. The game received good review scores but is more of a "hardcore simulation" style shooter so you'll find people complaining about things like AI, personally I think the Op Flash games are interesting and genuinely fun but I'm not sure I could give them as high of a rating as BFBC2 or Spec Ops The Line, though they might be able to compete with Spec Ops The Line especially for players that prefer simulation style realism)
