It is against the rules to post real information about people here, and also illegal I believe (really not sure).

The police will do nothing about it, I'm not sure why, I think it has to do with the fact that you're account, his account and such are all Blizzard's property, and it is very, very against the terms of service you agreed to when you purchased the game, and made you're account.
