Static or dynamic server VPN?

Hi guys!

I am not sure if anybody has the same experience but recently there has been massive banning of accounts by Blizzard. I am just trying to gather some safe trading tips and one question I have is: what sort of VPN is the safest to use for farming and trading? static or dynamic IP?
Obviously each account is using a particular server (then the server assign IP) what should be the next step then when it comes to trading?
So far I have been allowing the buyers to come and withdraw the gold from my guild bank rather then doing face-to-face trade.
I am not sure whether because of this or something else but unfortunatly I had one account banned each week for past month.

is there something I am doing wrong? HEEEEEEEEEEEEEEELP.

I guess it depend on a lots of factors, do you farm all the gold you sell trough your company?

Do you use buffing toon to trade the gold? Also which toon exactly get banned ( which role ) Bank, buffer, trading toon?

As far as VPN goes, I'd be leaned toward a static I.P, I'd just make sure its private enough so that only you would use it for that purpose at least.
