Got two really noobish questions.

1) Is it possible/what do I do to change my display name? (ImwinningImwinning)

and

2) When was the TW loc implemented?

Contact the admin staff, though I'm not promising anything without being Trust Who Verified at the least.

Not too long ago, great tool! If you get Trust Who Verified you can turn it on or off.
