Sophisticated Scam or BS?

This was awhile ago, but I wanted to run it by you guys to see what you thought. This scam was on EGS. Now we've all seen a scammer impersonating a high rep buyer before. But have you seen a scammer simultaneously impersonate a buyer and seller? First time I've seen anything like this so was wondering what people thought about this.

Yea, was used on Runescape before the trade limit was put into place, kind of like a " man in the middle " scam.

What's this trade limit? Sorry not familiar with Runescape.
