Someone left a fake review

Ye so I never actually sold anything, and then he left a fake review. And then the mods told me to go here so ye.

There were no exchange so I guess the scammer couldn’t leave any fake feedbacks?

• Please report false feedback ASAP, within 10 days of receiving the feedback.
  • If reported within 10 days, the user who gave the feedback will be asked to prove it. If they are unable to, the feedback will be removed as false.
  • We will make a best effort to investigate feedbacks up to 30 days from when the feedback is received.
  • After 30 days the burden of proof falls solely on the member who receives the feedback.
    • Example: Joe gets a negative feedback from Roger. Two months later Joe files a dispute to have it removed. Joe must show proof the feedback is false. Roger does not need to prove his feedback is true.
• Between 11 - 30 days is a gray area. We will do our best to investigate, however decisions will be made on a case by case basis.
• Feedback will ONLY be removed if it's false. If resolved, it will be updated to neutral.

Please provide proof that the feedback was fake.

i never sold anything to anyone, and I only recently decided to sell my first account recently anyways. So what “ the fake buyer” said simply never happened.
